Do you work with all brands and distributors? What does a typical partnership look like?
No. We are selective in the partnerships we pursue. This allows us to maintain a high level of attention, accountability, and consistency across the brands we represent. Our partnership decisions are based on alignment around pricing standards, operational expectations, and long-term objectives rather than short-term volume alone.
Partnerships typically begin with a discussion around product fit, pricing structure, and distribution goals. From there, we operate as a wholesale purchaser, managing inventory ownership and online execution independently while maintaining alignment with the brand’s standards. Communication remains clear and professional, with the goal of building a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship rather than a one-time transaction.
Which third-party marketplaces do you operate in?
Our marketplace presence is determined on a brand-by-brand basis, guided by product fit, category dynamics, and performance data. We evaluate where a product is most likely to perform competitively and sustainably before expanding distribution. Depending on these factors, we may operate across select third-party platforms such as Amazon (FBA), Walmart (WFS), and TikTok Shop. Our goal is not broad exposure for its own sake, but thoughtful placement that supports long-term brand performance and customer experience.

Our approach begins with evaluating each product and brand based on category dynamics, pricing structure, demand trends, and operational feasibility.
